Idag kom det som jag med så stor spänning har väntat på. Beskedet från från internationella cykelunionen UCI om att jag har kvalat in till Worlds Championships. Jag viste ju att jag kvalade in i linje med var väldigt osäker på om jag var klar på tempo. Visserligen hade Stig Andersson Plate kollat upp med UCI vilka regler som gällde i Polen när vi var där i höstas, men jag vill ha en bekräftelse från UCI, och idag kom det.

Last September you participated in the Poznan Bike Challenge, part of the 2019 UCI Gran Fondo World Series and an official qualifier event for the 2019 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships.
We are pleased to confirm that by finishing within the top 25% of your age group, you have qualified for the 2019 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships which will be held in Poznan (Poland) from 28 August to 1 September 2019.
This invitation allows you to register for the Granfondo and the timetrial.
National jersey: All riders must wear a jersey which is representative of their nationality at the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships.
